Send another email complaining that St Helens is the wrong court and even though it's a phone hearing it is wholly unfair to deny a LIP their choice of court (and a possible in-person hearing) just because a new staff member at the CNBC keeps making this significantly detrimental (to Defendants) allocation error this year.PRIVATE 'PCN'? No but cc in DCB Legal.
They'll probably discontinue before your WS & evidence deadline on that order anyway.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They have also just sent out a copy of their WS & Evidence for the St. Helens case1 -
cc in Gladstones and up the complaint pressure in St Helens to re-allocate the claim properly to your local court not Gladstones' choice. This is detrimental and unfair to Defendants.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

My second claim got allocated to the correct court today. Still no reply from St. Helens about the first one, I sent over another email asking them to re-allocate to the correct one.
Should I get to work on my documents for the one thats allocated correctly or wait until they both have dates at my local court?1 -
Wait because you don't have a hearing date yet.
Well done for wrenching one away from St Helens. What did you put in your complaint, as some newbies are struggling with this?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Okay so there is two seperate claims, I have a hearing date for both.
The first case is allocated to St. Helens still however im actively emailing them in hopes of it being allocated to my local court.
The second case is allocated to my local court, I didn't have to do anything for it I just filled in the DQ and I guess that it just got allocated correctly.
In my latest email to St. Helens team I included a picture of the hearing date letter I received with my local court showing that I should have never been allocated to St.HelensCoupon-mad said:Wait because you don't have a hearing date yet.

Hey @Coupon-mad could you help me with the WS or point me in the right direction?
I decided that I should probably start on them and hope that the first case gets re allocated correctly as the second one is at my local court with a hearing in August.
From what I remember you mentioned that you can't pin point what car park they're talking about from the POC.
Should I stick to that in my WS or go with the insufficient signage defence for example?
They sent over their copy of their defence and they give the full address of the said carpark so I 100% know which one they're talking about.0 -
I think look at other recent WS structure by searching and consider the recommended exhibits list that is provided in the second post of the NEWBIES thread.
Then put in your facts and show us.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
