Just follow the 12 steps in the Template Defence thread.  No WS yet.
Okay, I just submitted the defence to the CNBC email for both claims and got the automated acknowlegment.

Am I right in saying that this should all also update on MCOL?
You sent two separate emails, two defences, I hope?

Had one of my mediation calls today and the mediator said that Gladstones know that im using a internet defence or something and they went into way more detail than on the POC. They wouldn't accept my £10 offer to keep it out of court too unfortunately. (Mediator said it wasn't a fair offer lol)

Using an internet defence isn't a problem. And it isn't for a Mediator to say what is or isn't a fair offer to resolve a scam.

Reads like that mediator is going beyond the scope of their job!  Complain to them: -

I just got a letter saying that the claim has been transferred to the County Court over near Liverpool for allocation.

On the DQ I put down a local court, 2 hours away from said transferred court.

Is this some sort of detterent and can I just get in contact with someone to transfer it back to a Local one?

Is that for one of the Claims, and Liverpool isn't near you?

Email Liverpool hearings team and tell them that a mistake has been made by the CNBC and as you are a litigant-in-person, the choice of court is yours and you indicated your local court on your N180 which is xxxxxxxx.

Tell them there are two duplicate facts claims and please could they kindly attach a copy of this email to the file when redirecting it to xxxxx court, so that the allocating judge dealing with the similar claim number xxxxxx  handles both claims together and either consolidates the two claims for a single hearing, or strikes both claims out for failure to comply with Part 16 (inadequately pleaded particulars).

I found the contact info through the link here. Or is there another way to get into contact with the hearings team?

Finally got a hearing date for the one of the cases, im confused on why its strictly over the phone though and at the wrong court.

And do I also need to give my evidence or whatever in person only?
