The strangest thing about was, i remember specifically on that day, drove past the entrance to the car park, then thought i will park in there. I reversed in and parked right near the entrance, when i left, i thought; let see how this works if i get an anpr pic of my car, so i reversed out. however the anpr cameras show me entering forwards and exiting forwards, someone has changed the pics around at smarts office to show the front of car entering and back of car exiting!!! cheeky buggers!

As you might expect, that regular poster has posted that one liner umpteen zillion times and it always works at POPLA stage v Smart.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello all, an update. SP appeal sent start of February, heard nothing, not even their usual email response accepting/refusing it and therefore starting of popla appeal process, this time just a straight letter from "debt recovery plus" asking for £170 some 8 weeks later!!!
What an absolute farce of an appeals process, straight to debt recovery. I have not responded to the DRP letter and do not intend too, however all advice appreciated??2 -
