Once we receive the info we will pursue the driver......date of contravention and issue date is only 13 days...The above and the contravention date/issue date, both fail to fully comply with all the requirements of PoFA and therefore, irrespective of the wording they have put on the back, the NTK is NOT, I repeat... NOT PoF compliant.
However, it would assist greatly if you could post a picture of both sides of the NtK leaving all dates and time visible.

If they still fail to comply with Pofa, doesn't really matter, and several knowledgeable replies have stated that the new ones fail on several counts
A fail is a fail, even if there were 10 options ! Smart have never been so
NCP have numerous appeal buttons, mainly for different TOCs1
