Paid £44.71 OP new allowance made up today.
just waiting for payday then I’ll make another OP.
was going to OP Barclaycard but it’s 0% so no point, just don’t like having any debt really.
    paying that off £100/mth.

Got the job and really happy about it!
    time for a change.
hubbys job is safe for foreseeable too so that’s great News!!
on the not so good news. The house sale of his parents has broken down at the bottom of the chain so we are giving them 2 weeks to resell property before putting it back on market.
annoying as estate agents said our buyer was a cash buyer! How bad is that!!
these things happen but my husband just hates going back in there.
Also sister in law sold most of the furniture so now if we resell it looks really bad so will need to buy new carpets in some rooms and maybe rip out fitted wardrobes as they are dated.
on the budget side, I helped daughter pay off her holiday as her training for job doesn’t start til July and she goes away August so that was £190 out of house saving pot.
fortunately it’s all inclusive so she will have enough £ for spending.
paid for blinds too so house saving pot is now £2410.
budget this month left til 21st is £826.
so should be able to put a bit in OP and savings.
we need charcoal this weekend and hubby needs new cycle helmet.
Need some weed and feed too for grass as it looks neglected.
also need to buy some trellis.
going to concentrate on getting house savings back to £3000 in next couple months as we would like a small patio at bottom of garden and I’d like some more raised flower beds.
decided this year is garden year.

Budget took a bit of a hit today so we have £689 left
    4 days left
hoping those days are £0 days
if if I have £600 left in budget I’ll be more than happy this month.
still not sure how much wages will be as I’m now on 30 hrs and I’m repaying money I owe them.
hopefully I’ve underestimated and it will be a bit more & I’ve not overestimated 🤞
I’m also going to decrease my hours in July as once I’ve decided to go i don’t really want to do too many hours in the job , i have to give 2 months notice so its a pain.
anyway i have finished all the boarding paperwork and hopefully things will move forward quickly

So today looks like a £0 spend day, going for a walk around broad and then we will cook lamb on bar b q for later.
last time it did 3 meals and was so delicious.
so planning on £0 spends Monday and Tuesday but hubby may need petrol, my car has a couple hundred miles still so should be good until end of week
