    Service levels!!!

    Old app used to show way more than just the last few transactions!

    Email received from HSBC today to say the new app is ready for me to use. Just tried the app and it's the updated version 👍

    In addition, there is a chance to win 1 of 10 x £500 tech vouchers (Currys) via the opt in link contained in the email.

    I also received the email, no offer of a draw for me.

    Just a warning it appears the app does not render well if you have any accessibility options turned on, as you can see below. I got this disjointed mess. Once I turned off accessibility it seems to resemble the poster. 

    I also note balance forecast has suddenly gone down by £80?

    Not very impressed, will see how it goes.



    I have also noticed a few design issues. The logo appears differently for the credit card, the stars are not in alignment, should still be in beta.
