Can anyone who has the updated app please show us what the Global Money account section looks like? It's currently a bit buried and confusing in the 'old' app and it's a bit off putting0

This new app is woeful!
Why they insist on doing this without even basic functionality is beyond me?
Plus, I never asked for this nor did I update (is it even possible to revert back to old app?!) so how is that even possible?! Glaring security risk right there.
Issues I see thus far:-
Cant respond to messages in chat.
Can no longer get a human reply as quickly as before.
Used to be able to see more recent transactions for accounts, whereas now it just says check statements.
All in all a really bad experience but Ive been with them long enough to know that that is just the the norm for HSBC.
I think its about time to put my money where my mouth is and walk!

I think its about time to put my money where my mouth is and walk!It's a good, well featured app in general but if you want to be able to go back years and years in the app looking for transactions without having to dig out statements Lloyds* is one I'd suggest.
*Halifax and BoS use a similar app with similar features.1 -

Perhaps you should try HSBC's other offering i.e. First Direct? People say that its customer service is (still) good.juw8e7 said:
