The POC comments box has a limited character limit,  so the claimant is expected to add more details as well

If that schedule came with the claim form then you should have mentioned it,  especially if it's to supplement the POC

The claimant is supposed to litigate once for all outstanding monies owed to them, no matter how many invoices are involved   ( nothing to do with Parking   )

    Hi Gr1pr
The Parking Schedule is what was on the letter from dcblegal dated 24 October, it didn't come with the claim form.

Thank you for your help with this - slightly overwhelming and I did consider just paying it as it's stressful.

Exactly, to a tee, what they are banking (excuse the pun) on.  You probably haven't yet come across the fact that when PE farm out claims to DCB Legal, they have all but given up on collecting themselves, hoping for any scraps that DCB Legal can frighten out of motorists.

Unlike most PPCs, PE have their own in-house team of qualified solicitors, more than capable, and used to issuing claims. In fact it was PE all those years ago who started the private parking litigation gold rush, with thousands upon thousands of claims made monthly. So, with that background, you perhaps need to be less concerned about this than you are.

On top of all that, DCB Legal rarely pursue a claim into the courtroom, rather, when there is a solid defence, they run away and discontinue. Please have a read of the DCB Legal Discontinuation thread of shame where we have a record of over 460 discontinuations so far.

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6377263/dcb-legal-record-of-private-parking-court-claim-discontinuations/p1

Have a look at the first couple of posts in it, then randomly select a few more, then notice that they're all the same, strong defence, capitulation. Just continue to follow forum guidance, and your case (or more to the point, that of your son) will appear in it in a few months time.

In case you missed the earlier advice - this is a claim against your son. He, not you, has to and must defend it. While you can do the donkey work, it must always be under his name and signature. Very important.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thank you Umkomaas - I will indeed do the donkey work but make sure everything is under my son's name. I do appreciate everyone's knowledge and input - it certainly helps having advice, guidance and support.

I've given him his entire defence in the linked ParkingEye thread, bar adding two words and one date to change. So easy! Show him.

He should also just add to the 'denial' paragraph, that it is further denied that the vehicle was even at the location stated in the POC on the second date.

Of course they have,  plenty of them in the last decade

    Google Barry Beavis Supreme Court

But bear in mind that they litigate the ones they think that they can win

They farm out the iffy ones to DCB Legal

I think that your sons is the latter,  but Umkomaas already explained this

    Not when using DCB Legal.

The Beavis case is nothing like a DCB claim

    Hi Coupon-mad
Is this the parkingeye link I should use for his defence?

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6576400/dcb-legal-parkingeye-court-claim/p1

Do I need to explain the reason I was parked there for the 1st fine and for the 2nd parking fine why I exceeded the time limit.

    Many thanks
