Today’s nod towards selling has been to go through and reduce the listing price for all my items.

I’ve also just been paid so have temporarily transferred £1000 to the new First Direct account - one more box checked off towards getting that £175 bonus. 🤞

I have decided that I will regig everything to fit the new ‘velocity banking’ idea at month end. 1, because it will be much easier to work out what I am doing if I start at the turn of the month, and 2, well because I am just done staring at a computer today.

Time to put on a bit of Martin Lewis. I am sure I must have missed a show or two by now.

I’m beginning to think I am a bit odd loving my little robot hoover so much. I’d like to think it’s just because it saves me time but now I think of it, the absolute best thing I bought for myself in the past couple of years (excluding puppies), has to be my Vax carpet washer. 🤣 Genuinely. I cannot believe I have had dogs for over 20years and didn’t invest sooner. It’s pretty much the same as an upright vacuum but it washes and dries, (well almost dries), the carpet. And you can use it on upholstery too! Yes, seriously, this was my favourite purchase by far. I’m beginning to think I have a weird obsession with clean floors. 😬
It must be something in the air: Vaxes are being discussed here too! I do like ours though it's old and probably not as spritely as in its youth.

Just popping in to say hello and to thank you for commenting about carpet cleaners on my diary 😁 I've bookmarked your diary to cheer you on from the side lines.

Ah the joy of 5pm! 🎉

I mean I work flexibly, so really I could have finished at 4pm or 6:30pm or frankly just about anytime so long at I work the hours up, but there is just something about 5pm that makes me smile. 😁

Lamb for dinner tonight - finding some in the freezer the other week just made me hanker after it, and it was on offer so…

To make up for the grand expense I have decided to pick a few things up from Olio this evening. Currently that’s just in the form of some hot crossed buns and a baguette (which dd2 has already claimed) but I am hoping my local FWH will post some yummy things this evening and I will add to my haul. 🤞

Lovely to have a decent chunk of leave to look forward to when the weather should be good in theory 🙂

That's great about the annual leave and Amazon voucher!
