    The suggestion for batch cooking is an excellent one, also TGTG bags. Really don't think you're doing anyone any favours having MDs....they are ultra processed rubbish, doing more harm than good.

    Yeah, I do already batch cook and freeze meals. I actually have some in the freeze right now. For me I currently have lots of meals on hand, but dd2 eats a far more restricted diet and she currently has very little to hand. I do need to encourage her to keep some lasagne in the freezer because that’s an easy go-to for her.

    Oh and in case anyone doesn’t know - cooked rice freezes amazingly well. I have it in blocks and then just reheat it in the microwave. 😋
