Thanks but a complaint will not affect the decision. Maybe someone will get told off but I will still have the CCJ.0

My N244 is stamped 23 July 2025, which they returned as I didn't attach the fee. It said in the blued a fee may not be required so I assumed they would ask for one. Instead they just sent it back and said send it again with the £313.

The CNBC have admitted that you filed the DQ in time therefore there is no breach by you, we've seen this before.
DO NOT send a N244.
Email a complaint exactly as explained with the subject line as explained.
DO NOT EVEN REFER TO YOUR N244.
And then also email a separate complaint to HMCTS who usually get on the case quickly and push the CNBC to rectify these errors. DO NOT mention the N244. Just the complaint and that you require CNBC to rectify their error.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Once you've done the TWO complaint emails we suggested, get some revenge on the parking industry. This is your one chance to change the law. This month only.
To be part of the push to change things in future, it's very important that people like you tell the Government that:
a) motorists have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be a SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that people trust. The sector is crying out for an independent and impartial appeals service - not two involved in a race to the bottom - that will give a real option to resolve disputed cases out of court.
b). THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND OFFERING A 'PAYMENT PLAN' THAT ONLY THE VULNERABLE PAY. DRAS MAKE NO MONEY IF THEY HANDLE DISPUTES IN THE SPIRIT OF THE APPEALS CHARTER, WHICH IS WHY THEY ALWAYS PLOUGH ON TO COURT CLAIMS AND CCJs, RATHER THAN OFFERING REAL RESOLUTION AT PRE-ACTION STAGE. THEY OFFER NOTHING, NO LEGITIMATE OPTION TO KEEP CASES OUT OF COURT.

We will discuss it further in a few days or at the weekend on that thread if you want more focus.
What parking operators do is is a national disgrace and a drain on Society, in terms of money and anxiety.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
