Frankly there is absolutely no way I would attempt to defend a court claim on ANY phone
I am currently using a 10 inch screen Samsung android 13 tablet to reply, but when I want to deal with serious issues I fire up a windows mini PC or my Samsung laptop, my advice is get a proper tool to deal with the tasks at the moment
My personal view is
You could use a stone or brick to hit a nail into wood, but a proper hammer does a better and neater job !
Good luck !2 -

Clicking on your signature does nothing. I think there is something wrong with this phone (or the settings) because nothing is working as described.
I've been on the Internet since it was born, I'm not a newbie.
Christ, I've been on this forum before many years ago.
So I KNOW it works.
It just isn't working on this phone.
I'll sort something out.

Frustrated9 said:Hi there,
I've ignored these in the past but this time they've decided to run it. Possibly because it is a long time ago and the store has now closed so I can't go back to talk to staff, etc. Here's the redacted N1.
The car park has ANPR to prove entry and exit times, which I don't deny. However, IIRC, and I used to go to this store every week, I spent a long time searching the full timber stocks for straight CLS for a built in wardrobe project (now complete). I couldn't find any suitable timber, put all the wood back neatly where if came from. I also spoke to a member of staff who I was friendly with at some length.
The car park is currently being used as a free car park by anyone for any length of time as the store is permanently closed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It seems a long time ago now and my thread is archived. The short story is I refused to pay a private parking fine and with help on here complied with all the requirements. My defence was filed and acknowledged so I waited for the court date. I the refused a few risible offers from G24 to settle out of court and refused.
Eventually, last week I received a judgement in default as I hadn't responded to the claim.
But I have court paperwork proving I did, so I contacts the relevant office and received an email stating
a) yes I had complied with everything in time
b) however, the court office DID NOT complete the paperwork at their end in time
c) therefore my paperwork was dismissed and claim granted.
It seems that I now have to pay £313 to accompany the N244 application to have this set-aside when I have done nothing wrong.
Any comments, please?0 -

That thread isn't closed, you could have continued with it.2 -
I couldn't find it, but then I can't seem to even post a copy of the email I screenshotted. The preceding messages are irrelevant anyway - this is just how to deal with incompetence at the court office resulting in me getting a judgement in default.0

I'm a newbie and just need help with this particular issue.0

Complain about it to the claimresponses email address ASAP, sending the defence attachment and proof that they received it and responded, if true, head the email , URGENT, UNPROCESSED DOCUMENTS and add the claim reference number to it as well
If you get stonewalled, Complain online to hmcourts itself , hmcts

That is a dreadful reply from the CNBC1
