Morning all. Had a lie till after eight. Wordle in five, would have been four if I'd gone with my first thought.
Today I need to get dressed, walk Poppet, do dailies, some editing for DH and then this afternoon we're visiting DGD1&3 now that we don't look after them anymore.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.8 -

Good morning my lovelies xx
Not the best news from Spain. Pops is in hospital with double pneumonia and a stomach bleed. Flylady prayers and healing vibes would be very much appreciated please.**
I've been awake since 5 but lay in bed puzzling and scrolling til gone 7: completed Strands with one hint, Wordle in five, Connections completed with two lives lost. Since I got up I've savoured two brews, eaten breakfast, been on the phone to my DB, turned over the calendars and taken my meds. Oh, and I brought the laundry hamper down.

** plans are in place for Babs' DS to fly out on Monday, while DB gets his nearly expired passport renewed, then he'll fly out at the end of the week. I've never had a passport but if needs must I'll get one fast tracked so I can fly out. I'm on hold at the moment - assigned to cat feeding duties.

Vibes for your Pops Round. That must be very worrying.
Kazwookie, I am most impressed by your checking future view blocking. I have a couple of things where I didn't think through the impact, particularly of the shade a mature tree casts on the surrounding areas.
I have finally finished filling the skip, plus I took lots of things to a charity shop yesterday so now I need to catch up on the neglected cleaning as I have mostly just done S&S and dailies this week. It has to get easier as the house gets emptier, right? My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Morning all,
More healing vibes from here for Pops too, Round x6 -
Redo, the trees are now planted and I am re sat down looking again, as it is easy to move them now, not in 3 years time!!! I have no shade is this garden what so ever, except a thin slither about 3m long x 0.5m wide, so these trees will in years to come offer shade / fruit / shelter for small birds, as I don't have any of those either, as there is no where for them to land, except on the grass. ( I have loads of feral magpies (6) jays (4) pigeons (shed loads) 6 pheasants, )Just been invited out for lunch tomorrow, yum yum. NND.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles
