I had an issue with them regarding a transfer-in cash ISA. Write a negative review on Trustpilot, stating you're making a formal complaint - they got back to me in a couple of hours, rather than the weeks of back-and-forth beign chats using their in-house chat.  Hope this helps.

I recommend Trading 212. Saved me a fortune not charging foreign exchange fees each time. In my experience far fewer mistakes than ii and more intelligent responses than AJ Bell who had an army of people simply copy pasting nonsense from their script.

More importantly, ignore the few brigading to put Trading 212 down. Pretty obvious when they spam every other response with criticism unrelated to the topic at hand. The platform is growing and users most be happy. You can do your own research.

MSE always make the point (at the foot of every page) that "remember we focus on rates not service", i.e. they point out the simple quantifiable facts about which providers offer the best rates rather than recommending institutions based on the customer service experience or anything else....
I'm not entirely sure they do focus on rates as I have found (in the past) better rates than MSE promotes on moneyfactscompare
The fact that they focus on rates rather than service doesn't imply that they always succeed in identifying the best buys all the time!  Moneyfacts always has far more comprehensive listings whereas MSE simply aims to show (not really 'promote' as such) the top few in each category, which does tend to involve some 'editorialising' that can result in divergence between the sites....
