It will continue down the small claims track in the usual manner, so to your local civil court that you nominated in your N180, for further processing. That court will write to both parties in due course, once the case is transferred there from the CNBC in Northampton
I'm sure this is standard, but does this mean a physical copy of earlier defence? excuse my ignorance0 -
Did you get the court you asked for ? Which court is it ( some do have telephone hearings )
Email is the usual option, not written hard copies, but keep yours under 50 pages, as a pdf document
Comply with the court order, by the deadlines, as a defendant1 -
Yes, it's the court I asked for. St Helens.
WRT to the evidence, is this the same as my defence document? again, apologies for the ignorance0 -
I believe that St Helens do phone hearings
Your Witness Statement plus Exhibits bundle is not your defence, your defence is already logged and with St Helens civil court, so definitely do not duplicate it
Your bundle supports your defence
I believe that coupon mad explains it in the newbies sticky thread in announcements, or in the defence template thread in announcements, have you studied her advice ?2 -
Yes, I will go back and study it now. Thanks for your responses.

It wont get to court, it's following the same pattern as the over 600 in the discontinuations tally thread byUmkomaas
An N279 discontinuation email will follow soon, so keep checking your inbox and spam folder for it, typically just before the hearing fee is due2 -
