Hi @Coupon-mad, Excel have submitted another WS for the first case which has been transferred to the different court (to hear both cases at the same time). It is all the same waffle e.t.c, but does that mean I need to submit another WS as its been transferred to another court? Or will the new judge see my existing WS? Many thanks0

The judge will be sent everything that's on file but take extra copies with you to the hearing, because half the time courts muck up and the judge says 'I haven't got a WS from you'.
Be ready for that.
Nothing to stop you sending your bundle again. Not a new WS though. Excel are trying it on if they've altered their WS or sent two.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
