Excel Parking/DCB Legal Court Claims

Hi @Coupon-mad, Excel have submitted another WS for the first case which has been transferred to the different court (to hear both cases at the same time). It is all the same waffle e.t.c, but does that mean I need to submit another WS as its been transferred to another court? Or will the new judge see my existing WS? Many thanks

The judge will be sent everything that's on file but take extra copies with you to the hearing, because half the time courts muck up and the judge says 'I haven't got a WS from you'.

Be ready for that.

Nothing to stop you sending your bundle again. Not a new WS though. Excel are trying it on if they've altered their WS or sent two.

`Sorry for the late reply, @Coupon-mad... I WONNNNNN!!!. Judge dismissed both cases as I provided proof I was at the Puregym, said it was up to the claimant to prove that I did not enter my VRM after I stated I did. Cannot thank you enough over the last year with this. It was a real learning experience and got an insight to these !!!!!!. The advocate was also rubbish and did not even try and argue with the case. Talked with him after and he said most advocates don't try- they're just paid to be there.

@Gr1pr it was sheffield county court, judge modgill!! He was fair, and understood my case. I think he also knew excel were just full of bs too
