Coupon-mad said:My first hearing got postponed due to judicial availability and has been rescheduled for the exact same date and time as my other hearing from excel. However they are in different courts as I have recently relocated. What do i do? They’ve both been now scheduled for the 30th July 2pm, I don’t know if that was intentional. I have emailed both the courts explaining the situation.Send a complaint email to HMCTS and ask them to step in and get them consolidated and heard at the Court nearest to you now, or that one of is vacated and rearranged.PRIVATE 'PCN'? For the second claim, I did not put in my VRM in at all and they have provided proof of this with showing no VRM logs, how can I argue my gym case? @Coupon-mad0

Coupon-mad is on holiday this week0

no worries, any ideas? @Gr1pr0

Basically didnt put vrm in gym terminal when i went to the gym, their WS shows no log of VRM on that day but everyone elses who went to the gym. How can I argue this?0

That you did put the VRM in and always do, but the system's signal is unreliable & known to fluctuate and it's impossible to tell whether the keying in of the gym-member's VRM has worked each time, or not (due to no receipt system).
Surely you've done your WS by now if the hearing is less than 2 weeks away? Or is it postponed now the cases are amalgamated?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I sent my WS this morning arghhh so was a couple days late. Hopefully doesnt come back to bite me. I also thought i didnt need to submit a WS as both cases are identical in reasoning from the claimant hence the delay. My case is in 10 days.

The case is theirs to prove that their keypad wasn't at fault. They often have a signal drop. Say that at the hearing. DO NOT ASSUME IT WAS YOU AND DON'T AGREE, IF THE JUDGE SUGGESTS IT WAS YOUR OMISSION.

It's vital the Government hears from Defendants. You're best to do it straight AFTER the hearing; you'll have more to say.

Hi @Coupon-mad, Yes will certainly do this after the hearing. I am nervous! nearly a year and a half- two cases and lots of back and forth. Hopefully i can give it back to excel after they have traumatised me.
I definitely will go with that angle for this case out of the two. Hopefully something gives way.
Really do appreciate your help!2
