I'm not on LinkedIn and couldn't give a stuff what JB thinks about the advice here.

His reaction to Hannah Robinson's case was telling:

Ever seen anything like that anti-consumer attack?

hi guys @Coupon-mad, my hearing is exactly a week today. I have gone over my skeleton argument and WS regarding this claim. Is there anywhere/any post you can direct me to for advice about the hearing on the day? I have read the newbies section about how to address the judge e.t.c,
    Many thanks!

Maybe do a search of two words:

    Excel claim

    Or

    Excel Judge

and read some cases that have gone to hearings (as Excel do send a rep).

Hi @coupon-mad, bit of an update. My first hearing got postponed due to judicial availability and has been rescheduled for the exact same date and time as my other hearing from excel. However they are in different courts as I have recently relocated. What do i do? They’ve both been now scheduled for the 30th July 2pm, I don’t know if that was intentional. I have emailed both the courts explaining the situation. Any tips would be helpful.
    Many thanks!

Send a complaint email to HMCTS  and ask them to step in and get them consolidated and heard at the Court nearest to you now, or that one of is vacated and rearranged.

No I don't. But everyone manages to find it when we suggest this approach, so it must be easy to google!
