The order was supposed to be delivered on a Friday but they said they ran into a problem and delivered the brown paper on Saturday. I think this is the reason for the message.samcathe said:My bank has just come back to me that Amazon did not accept the chargeback. So, my bank loose the dispute. My best option now is small court claims.

Hi All,
I want to appreciate every one for their contribution to this issue.
I finally got a refund after taking the case to a small court claim.
Thanks All.6 -

Can you keep us updated on the status of your amazon account, please? It's an oft-repeated statement on here that court action, section 75 or chargebacks will probably result in closure of the amazon account. I've no first-hand evidence that's the case and while amazon would be entitled to close your account as a result of your court action, I'd be interested to know if they actually do.1 -

It would also be really helpful to know at what point they relented. Did you actually have to issue a claim or did Amazon cough up after a Letter Before Action?
And if you had to issue a claim, could you share the particulars of claim?
It would really help others1 -

It is a bit unclear as to whether you started the claim and they settled with you, or you actually got in front of a judge and argued your case. If so, did they defend it or just not show up and you won by default? Also, if you did win the case did Amazon just pay up or did you need to take it further to actually get the cash?2
