The requirement to comply with business regulations has always been in place in recent years. Also there is nothing there that suggests non UK buyers don’t pay the fee ?Yes the buyer fee applies to all buyers buying from UK sellers, including UK buyers if I understand the changes correctlyI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Well thats me done with EBay. I sold a vintage lens for 10.50 i got paid the money 8 days later due to Evri being busy and then buyer not being in when delivery was attempted.0

Does it not apply to clothes? I've had the fee added to a window washer and a portable printer but not to any clothes. Surely they don't include postage charges in the fee too?0

So regarding private seller accounts. Can private sellers combine shipping? The buyer hasn’t paid yet and waiting for a combined invoice. I offered it because I thought it would be possible. My business seller account can offer it, so why can’t I do it on my private seller account?0

Personally I was hoping that if ebay were going to follow the Vinted model, which they appear to be doing, then buyers would have a chance to somehow buy a bundle, click confirm and pay in one go, and have a reduction in the postage and buyer premium.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
