@sukeyboo have you tried the Aldi ones? they are inspired by Jo Malone classic fragrances very MSE. If you are in the MSE vein you can perhaps find plenty this time of year in the CS or car boot sales  ;)

@sukeyboo another recommendation is the vaseline spray moisturiser, especially for those hard to reach places.

i find moisturising a chore, so the baby lotion works for me as it absorbs quickly.

@2Scratters - haven’t tried the Aldi ones but will look out for them next time I’m in there.

@chanie - I agree about it being a chore but I must try harder as I have reached an age where it is starting to show that I need to moisturise more. The baby lotion might well do the trick as I like ones that absorb quickly too.

    Can I join in?

I have an implant I need to get done. I'm really nervous about it but feeling encouraged by your being brave. How painful is it?

@2Scratters for the most part, i think life is too short to use something you just don’t enjoy, but there is something rewarding about perseverance. hopefully, you’ll use up the remaining hair product quickly so you can move on from it.

All the folk on here who want to lose weight (and yes, I am one of them) might be interested to watch:
'Eat Smart: secrets of the Glucose Goddess'- How do our blood sugar levels affect our overall health?' which was shown on Channel 4 earlier this month. You can watch it on catch up- 2 episodes. It is very very interesting

You can also google 10 glucose hacks from the Glucose Goddess- you can down load the PDF if you are interested. She has written several books
