After no sightings of Daphne or her friends for a week…ta da….along trots Daffers and her friend, (now named Hermione ), with their combined broods of 11 chicks. Spent about an hour at their ‘snack bar’ then straight into their improvised duck pond for another hour…then into huddles & snuggles til otft they went again……

Today’s finds at the car boot sale….a Hobbs Birthday candle for £1 and a Holland Cooper camel sweater. Always resisted HC stuff as overpriced synthetic stuff wiv big monograms but for £8 I gave in!
Ahem, we have upgraded the duckling’s paddling pools and they seem to love it. Now they are expecting to be hand fed and if I don’t they peck my toes 😳. Soz for the photo overload!
