Good morning everyone. Hope you are all potting those lovely £2 coins. I'm so looking forward to opening my pot and counting up everything!
I've had quite a run of health issues in the family resulting in my not being around as much as I wanted to be. Mum had a bad fall in September whilst out walking with my sister and brother-in-law and was severely bruised so took time out to look after her. Then my health took a sudden decline in October when I had a heart issue, hence my lack of participation in here (or anywhere for that matter). I'm much better now but so grateful to the NHS for all their help - it is amazing what can be done to fix us nowadays.
Anyway, I hope you are all ready for the festive season. I'm sorted here - just two things to wrap and a handful of cards to get into the post box later on. Have my mum, sister and brother in law coming on Christmas Day for lunch and maybe a light tea if they still have room. I'm enjoying the festive films on the TV and currently working my way through a festive jigsaw. Off to bingo tonight to see if I can swap out any £2 coins and perhaps win a house or two
