Something clicked yesterday as i cleaned the bathroom, did two loads of washing, changed the bedding and then pulled the oven apart and deep cleaned that! I even made sure there wasn't even a splash of water left in the sink last night too!

Now im awake im going to do a load of washing and chuck it on the washing line as thats no washing at all left to do!

We're off to town later to trade in some bits at CEX then local farm shop for eggs and milk and then a boot sale at 12! Im tired thinking about it all 😂😂

Morning all!

So my brain may have finally clicked as well as listening to a slob comes clean podcast.. ive decluttered every day this week.. if I dont use it I donate, bin or recycle the item.

My bedroom still looks like it did the other day as shown minus a glass of water OH has put down and left for two days.. which im going to remove as guarantee its going to be there when I come home.

I put a load of washing on every day which has meant ive no washing in the baskets when I get home from work. There's a rule OH made that every night the sink needs to be emptied and cleaned and ive stuck to that too!

Today's tasks

Empty bin in bathroom as ive decluttered a lot into it.

Look at getting a new shower curtain - needs to be a specific size as the normal shower curtains are too small!

So my upcoming decluttering tasks are going to be

Sort underwear as currently takes up two draws

Fit whole contents into one draw using a divider

Sort my pjs again - i have a favourite pair from Matalan theyre so soft.

So ive seen that b&q have a drawer divider in stock and its £6 which is exactly what I have left on a gift card so ill collect that on my way home tomorrow.

Morning those who follow along!

Im trying to do "project pan" in short its basically using items up until you need to restock or decide you don't like the item enough to restock it.

Ive started buy going through my tea bags as ive loads of weird and wacky flavours, I had French vanilla for breakfast this morning along with cornflakes.

I have a box of cookies that I need to mix and bake thats been in the cupboard for about a year now so im going to bake them to use them. Once ive finished going through my cupboards im then going to get storage containers and organise them.

Im trying to use up the odds and ends of my freezer as we dont really eat much processed chicken etc as we go to the butchers and use fresh chicken and beef. Im going to pop to Sainsbury's on the way home to make Tacos for dinner.

Declutter wise im donating, throwing or binning anything that I have no use for or I wouldn't reach for.

Im also going to start a two weekly cleaning rota for myself so I keep myself on top of the harder items to clean, the oven I will clean every Sunday just so I keep on top of it.

Top tasks for 2026

• Declutter as much as possible
• Do an activity that I will enjoy
• Meal plan consistently
• Get back to 10st

Morning all,

Im trying a new tea this morning, Honey and Cinnamon. I seem to like this one a lot, its easy to drink.

I did kind of meal prep last night, ive got pasta and thats all as ive got no salad or meat to add into the pasta. But im determined not to buy extra food out when its not needed.

I dont think I will get much decluttering done today as I have a haircut straight after work too.

Weather is supposed to be lovely today again, so thats a bonus!

Tea sounds lovely.

I've got boxes of butter mint tea - I'll need to dig them out.

Going to set myself a goal to get through a box before I buy any more coffee.

Morning!

For breakfast we have honey hibiscus tea! With chocolate hot cross buns with banana on top!

I try and eat a filling breakfast as usually by 12.30 im starving which thankfully is my dinner time! Im doing good so far too as i havent had an energy drink for over 2 weeks now!

Declutter wise I only managed two items yesterday but thats better than 0!
