I think it's indicating that it's not yet cleared. On Saturday when I made the DC deposit it also showed an asterisk as well but this morning it's disappeared.

    ** NOTE TO SELF **
Next month make deposit to Hanley BS RS by DC, because it'll clear quicker than my FP which is still nowhere to be seen.

    SUFFOLK 5% FIXED (January 2027)
It's on line now for applications by post and in branch

Edit: and on line version available now (9.30am)
out of interest, is the postal/branch version manageable online, e.g can you see the balance etc - or is it a passbook account ?

Quick question. My Zopa regular matures in 16 days and I've still not paid in my 12th payment. Is it okay to miss payments with the Zopa regular? Thanks in advance.

I've logged in by app just now with no problems. It does sound like a problem with your phone. Check your phone is up to date with security in the settings.

That's for the current variable rate version.

I assume it will be the same for the fixed rate version.
