l did end up with a new profile, don't know why some new accounts are appearing having used same log in details and others aren't and new profiles given. They said they'd merge them for me, and to expect that to take up to 5 working days to complete.csw5780 said:

Just checked mine again this morning and it's still missing too. Considering there's only one way of applying for it online, I wonder why this appears to have failed.BestSeagull said:
I thought I'd wait a while before replying as it hadn't been long since I applied when I read your post but it's been nearly 12 hours now and mine has still not appeared.10_66 said:Newcastle Monument
I applied online (not app) as new customer but the new account isn't showing when I log on. Did those that can already see the new account apply via online or app, please? I did receive an email saying application received.
It seems you have two profiles?
I contacted them via secure messaging quoting the reference in the email I received after applying. (They did however supply the new account number.)2 -
the Monmouth branch appearsto be regarded as 2nd class per my call. "HOW did you get this account if you didnt go into the Branch"1

Darlington BS 12 Month Regular Saver Issue 2 at 6% NLA.
Replaced by Darlington BS 12 Month Regular Saver Issue 3 at 4.75%.
Other details appear to remain the same.13 -
Wow. Big drop there! Glad I go on the issue 2 and just goes to show you have to take what you can get at the time.Bridlington1 said:Darlington BS 12 Month Regular Saver Issue 2 at 6% NLA.

To be fair issue 1 fell to 4.75% fairly recently so I'd've said Issue 2 at 6% was more of an outlier.GetRichOrDieSaving said:

Worth noting Darlington BS allow you to have one of each issue so this latest issue can be held alongside the previous two issues if you so wish.5 -

I hope this is not going to follow by reduction of Issue 2 rate. 1 -
Yes, I opened Issue 1 instead of 2 by mistake. I contacted them and was told you can have oneBridlington1 said:

Institutions that allow you to have multiple regular saver accounts at the same time: Principality, Suffolk, Darlington, Monmouthshire, Newcastle (and therefore in the future Manchester?) and Nottingham generally allow one of each issue (but future issues might have different rules).
Yorkshire BS allows you to have multiple regular savers of different types, Loyalty, normal, 50 pound, Christmas.Market Harborough BS - Customers may only have a maximum of two Limited Edition Regular Saver accounts open at a time, either solely or jointly, with a combined maximum deposit of £300 (previously 250?) per month not exceeding the maximum balance of £4,500.00. Lloyds have 2 different regular savers, Club and regular, and you can have one of each. Cooperative also says that you can only open the account if you don't already have one of the same issue, however it is still on issue 1. You can have an RBS Digital Regular Saver as well as a NatWest one.
I have a Leeds regular saver, and home saver (not sure if that counts).
In case anyone is interested the above are notes I have taken from these forums, and from trial and error! I have multiples of all these regular savers, except Market Harborough BS Fixed Term Regular Saver as it went (or always was) Branch only.17 -
I won't be particularly bothered if they do, given that Monmouthshire Exclusive matures in the same month and pays more. I'll probably end up dumping some of it in an ISA even then.allegro120 said:
