The Coventry Sunny Day Saver seems a bit of a no brainer to me. Easy to open, chance of a prize and get all your money back next year. I've opened it with £10 & set up a standing order for £10 a month from October. Now I'll just forget about it until it matures in a year's time, unless I hear I've won a prize. 😁😁3

I got closure statement and certificate of interest paid (for the same account) in separate mailings. I assume they are produced by different persons/teams and it's cheaper to pay two lots of postage than to attempt to bring them together as one.0 -

easysaver said:Moneyfacts showing Yorkshire BS £50 Regular Saver @ 8%. Not currently showing on YBS.co.uk
Previously indicated by @Bridlington1 although iirc the rate was unknown at the time.
Moneyfacts indicating opening only in branch or by post! Seems a bit backward for YBS.2 -
