    I would have done that if i had a printer.  Just letting others know it looks like you cant request one over the phone.  Cheers x

    I've just requested an application from from Monmouthsire and they wouldn't send one.  I mentioned that I'm a current customer.  He wouldnt budge.
    I’ve just printed off Savings Application Form as linked above
    And get into tomorrow’s post.
    I’m not going to send a cheque will just see if they accept and open the Branch Exclusive and then fund online

    I wonder if they are cracking down on applications by post for this account …… fingers crossed …. Will update if all goes ok

    I don’t have a printer. I went to the library and printed it there (20p per page).  Luckily my local library is walking distance from home.

    Well if they are, it would not shock me as the T&C's state branch only. No postal applications. So say thank you if it works.
    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    I think I put 500, and sent no cheque and they opening the account fine. I never worry too much about these questions, I might invest more, or I might not!

    Minimum is £1, so I would expect a decline if putting £0. Add by Faster Payment if you feel the need.

    I've sent cheque because it is more convenient for me, but if I didn't I would put £500.  I don't think it matters, but if you write £0 or more than £6k they might question if this account is suitable for you.
