Been just stuck on the intro screen since 8ish last night.
Despite numerous un- and re-installs, trying to persuade it I was registering a new number etc., the app still refuses to play nice.
Practical upshot is that I have an open app-only account which I can't check because of a completely non-functioning app.
Last person I spoke to told me that the tech team were 'aware' of the issues and were working on a fix. In the meantime Ihave been advised to 'sit tight and wait'
You need to ring them and ask them to action unlocking your phone number.
Has everything gone smoothly for you since?1 -

Next problem what do I do about Market Harborough?, I believe I can skip 1 month?, if yes would they still expect me to fund in November even though it ends on 30th November?, if so what's the minimum I'm allowed to fund it?.
Don't really want to fund a 6% account if I can get away with it but it's not far away from maturity I don't want them penalising me.1 -
MonBS APP EXCLUSIVE RS 7%
So yet another breakdown with the app. I was wondering if l could just delete it and use the online portal instead?
Already fully funded 2 months.
Would MonBS close the account because of non-app use?

I would suggest just ignore the app and use the online service.
Just in case deleting the app causes an issue, although would MonBS even know you had?1 -

MonBS application process is a bit like dial up. Enter all your details, please wait five minutes on this loading screen, do not close it, we will then email you a PDF document with a code, enter this code, then we can open your account.1

YBS launched their £50 saver on Mon, Sept 9th last year. 2025 version tomorrow?
I seem to remember the details were all released in advance of the account last year, whereas all the messaging this time around seems to have been around Savings Week, which isn't for another couple of weeks.6
