New account showing in my app
I had already become a customer last week by opening a triple access account

Applied successfully in the app for myself and then my wife and I reckon took comfortably less than 2 minutes total which must be some sort of recordDodgerPot said:Furness

it said my application is being checked and have 14 days to fund with a min of £1
when I checked back the account seems to have disappeared0 -

Opened also, applied via general webpage select account and then new customer or existing customer button, the account for me only visible once I had ticked account details read box

Mine took seconds to open (existing customer of two years) but I was interested to note that the details state maturity will be ten months from opening, I had expected (I don't know why?!) the maturity date to be 31st October so maybe that was for postal applications?
Anyway having put £160 into my easy access account last night I was able to fund the new RS with an internal transfer just now.

I can't open the Furness reg saver account. I click; apply online now, new customer, tick read box, get started here, fill in my basic details - then it says I haven't selected a product and takes me back to the beginning. Has anyone else seen that? I've tried from a few different browsers & my phone - same result.2

From the product page (https://www.furnessbs.co.uk/savings/products/product-overview/160th-anniversary-regular-saver?apply=true), after clicking the check box and hitting apply I get redirected to the digital page (https://www.furnessbs.co.uk/digital). From there if I click on Web it just gives me a spinning "Loading", if I click on the "get started here" or go through the "Begin your journey" I get to answer some questions, then put my personal details in and it says "you haven't selected a product yet", which is clearly rubbish.
As I say it's without doubt the worst account opening I've ever experienced.0 -

same here not working for me as well, takes me back to you haven't selected a product yet - its running a loop.
