Just spoken to Furness BS and they've confirmed the 160th Anniversary Regular Saver shall be made available to online applications tomorrow so it would seem they've not yet reached the target number of applications.22

Good luck everybody. Let's see if the website can handle the pressure!Bridlington1 said:Just spoken to Furness BS and they've confirmed the 160th Anniversary Regular Saver shall be made available to online applications tomorrow so it would seem they've not yet reached the target number of applications.I consider myself to be a male feminist. I opened a Principality 6 month RS on 31st August last year - what date do we reckon that'll mature ?!0

28th February. Opening on the last day of the month is only a benefit if that date also exists in the month of maturity, otherwise you are losing days.refluxer said:I opened a Principality 6 month RS on 31st August last year - what date do we reckon that'll mature ?!2 -
Indeed, which means there's only 2 months of the year where opening 6 Month RSs at the end of the month will generate a maturity date of 31st, January and July, the rest generate maturity dates of 30th with the exception of February and August.Kim_13 said:

I've just logged into the Furness app and reset the password (back to the original password!) and then logged into the account online so I know everything is working.Bridlington1 said:Just spoken to Furness BS and they've confirmed the 160th Anniversary Regular Saver shall be made available to online applications tomorrow so it would seem they've not yet reached the target number of applications.
Online I can see New accounts and it all looks straight forward once the new saver appears tomorrow.
Will it make any difference though for funding purposes - will I be able to fund the new account by debit card tomorrow as part of the application process
Or am I better putting £150 into the triple access tonight to transfer across in the morning (but worried that if I do this it wont be applied by Tuesday)
I am new to Furness and their mysterious ways so apologies for the obvious questions
