I called Dudley a minute ago to request the application form by post (I don't have a working printer). I told them that I already have the online version, they said I only allowed one version, can't have both versions. I guess the rule depends on who you are talking to.Born2Save_3 said:DudleyBS Festive Regular Saver Online - 1176Called Dudley branch; sounds like they impose a quota on the number of applications. Dudley person not aware of any website issues. Confirmed can have both post/branch version and online version,Call Dudley branch and ask for application pack. Make sure you return to Dudley branch. Scanned/good imaged copies of completed applications can be emailed back. Dudley branch may have their own email address.HTH1 -

Am I right in thinking that you can send £10 to Suffolk and leave it there (not £10 per month) and that you can still open future issues as you wish? 28.2.27 would work well for me and 5% fixed is the kind of rate that might look good in a few months time, while not being particularly appealing right now.2

Is there definitely going to be an online one?Bridlington1 said:Suffolk BS are to launch new issues of their Online and branch/post fixed rate regular savers shortly.
The new accounts shall pay 5% fixed (same as the current issues) but with new maturity dates of 28/2/27.0 -

Told being refreshed right now and should be available later today. Ok to have both.My understanding is that there is a minimum funding requirement of £10 a month. I think there is some past discussion on here about what happens if this requirement is not satisfied.0 -
I spoke to them this morning and they are currently working through a backlog of online applications.Born2Save_3 said:DudleyBS Festive Regular Saver Online - 1176Called Dudley branch; sounds like they impose a quota on the number of applications. Dudley person not aware of any website issues.
Apparently, having an application referred disables your internet banking access as well!

DBS Head office tell me this morning, application is paused due to 'inundation' and will be relaunched once backlog is cleared.
