Yes, me. I paid £300 over the weekend once it passed COP so maybe the weekend payments are still to be processed. I also haven't received anything by post as that is completely screwed these days so who knows when that will arrive!

Thanks - good to know someone else is in the same boat. Presumably they're playing catch up with deposits this month.

As a new customer, I opened and funded the new account last week (account applied for on Tuesday 21st, FP sent Friday 24th when I got confirmation of my account details, credit date on my online account is 25th, which I got access to yesterday, Tuesday 28th). From what I'm reading on here, payments usually show on the next day and as this is funded by calendar month and the 1st is a Saturday, should I look to make a payment on Friday morning, hoping it will have a credit date of Saturday 1st, or would that be rejected?

Not sure if this has been covered somewhere or not so apologies if it's a duplicate.

I didn’t expect that I would have done, but I did last week which was why I mentioned it. 

I’ll give it a go and report back if nobody knows, it was just a question to see if anyone might have had a definite answer as I know several people have held accounts with this institution before.

Thought deposits by bank transfer would be credited same day, just checked my deposit on 22nd morning 9.22am is dated 23rd.
I don't know why this was the case, taken from terms below

Opened my account 27/10 around 8pm and made first payment by card using application reference. Received email about welcome pack on 28th at 11am. Phoned today to confirm the account was open and funded, which it was. Also was given my User ID over the phone. Checked my online account (setting a new User ID) and found payment was recorded as 27/10. 

Very happy with this all. Just gonna wait on the letters in the post that I no longer need.

They don't use Faster Payments so even though the payment was sent before 3pm they may not have received it until after.

So maybe its better to do card payments into Hanley rather than bank transfers?
