I thought I'd opened an account on the app yesterday, but not convinced now that I actually did.

Yes I did, and an in-app message with the same information (which I screenshotted).

Did you get your account (reference) number? You could try setting up a payee, CoP should be up to date. 

Absolutely nothing, but finally got back into the app today and the account is there.

CoP has worked and hopefully have added it to my online banking now.

This system is seriously wonky!

Account opened yesterday now showing in the app. Have decided not to fund until Tuesday now as a) closer to the end of the month and b) I will have the full £1,000 then.

Just for info if it helps the "We are currently processing your application" page took about 1-2 minutes for me. It asks to not close the app so you may want to switch off autolock on your phone during the application.

I managed to get in the Mon app - account opened at last

My account is now visible. No biometrics on my device, but the 2FA no longer needs to be selected twice to reach the input screen. All seems to be working as intended. Will log out now and avoid clogging it up for everyone who still needs to apply

I speak slightly too soon, the one for missus has been circulating around the processing page for 15 mins now

Finally managed to get the MBS 7% account. They made me register as a new app customer even though I have been using the app for a while. Never mind, I got back in, got the new account, and all my previous accounts are still there, too

Thought I should mention they don’t now allow you applying for a second 7% one 😉

Application timed out so logged her back in tried again, reapplied, timed out again. Opened app again to reapply... And now she has 2 of them open!!!!  So what to do.....?
