Ohhh stealing it! I will be asleep, though lightly! Last time I woke at 2am and went in and checked and they were asleep (I thought) then in the morning they said they heard me coming in at 2am and pretended to be asleep!! 🤪😵‍💫🧐😬🤣

  • Survived sleep(less)over. They were awake still when I woke at 1:30am so I strongly advised them to go to sleep! They did and had a lay in. As did I. Much needed too as this cold is still hanging in. I’ve kept on top of things but not done my dining room sort yet, I think I’ll have a go at that over the next few days. Could do with some gardening tidy up too before it all starts growing again. Grocery budget is shot. 😵‍💫 I must do better. Must must must!!!!! Hanging in now til payday and not where I wanted to be with EF so I’m disappointed but not deterred. March was to be a catch up month and my gol it needs to be!

  • Major sort out/declutter of dining room. Done ✔️ 🥳
still lots of pockets of declutter to go. Did wardrobe and got rid of a very old and tired storage unit. Long dog walk, very muddy, bathed dog. Feel shattered!
Glad I got some of the things on my list done this week. Gives me big motivation to keep up with the house tidy, feels like a never ending task. Will keep chipping away and the next time I have a bit of time off work I’ll make another larger dent.
    Feeling accomplished 🎉
now I must sort out EF. Roll in payday.

  • Sorted more, did the floors, washing up to date, it’s been a win this week after a slow start and the cold is almost gone in 2/3rds of the infected and on its way out for DS1. Ready for back to it tomorrow.
Haven’t slept so well the last few nights, very vivid dreams and slightly unsettling. Hopefully back to full health and good routine will help.
Really blown my grocery and takeaway budget this month which I’m annoyed at myself for. I can see the EF is also annoyed at funds going to groceries when it should be going to EF. I feel determined to get this sorted in March! My best laid plans have not come to fruition so far. I’m on the right path, I am just not going down it as quickly as I’d like (as I keep getting groceries?!) 🧐. Accomplishing house decluttering has given me some positive vibes to work from and I’m feeling hopeful for March 🐰 🌷 🐑 ☀️

    Pay day is close 🧐🎉
DS1 took a turn for the worse illness wise, he’s just only tonight feeling better. That was a lurgey. Hate seeing him poorly he seems so little and precious even though he’s teenager vibes in a month!
I’ve continued with being on top of household chores and so far things are all looking good.

Pay day will be interesting as I got a pay rise but was backdated last month for previous 3 months ish so will be nice to see what happens monthly now. Nothing major but still with bills as they are every bit helps!

Another missed payment logged under CMS. Now almost £400 owed and he’ll have +20% on top of that. I still haven’t mentioned it again since I said I was done with it and going to CMS and he is ignoring CMS contact and they said they are going to do the enforcement action. They did say it could take a while. Concerns me the longer it goes on for with him not paying the fallout when he does realise what he owes and that it is to be paid. Also concerns me they won’t get it! Either way feels like an ongoing ploppers situation. Trying to remind myself I gave him years of grace and opportunities and ultimately the boys got less, and I got abuse. Would like it resolved but feeling ok generally about it I think!

nice early night.. sleep is slightly better. Work is busy busy busy so I do need good sleep and wellness!

Will check happily back on payday with EF update…! 🤞🏼🌟

  • He won't like being held accountable for the money. My ex didn't either. But now he pays all the time and when he's late I will send one message and say I'm about to let CMS know payment is late, will it be coming later? If so I will hold of....and ping there's suddenly money in my account. He used to use it as a form of control over me when married and then after we split up... since contacting CMS he hasn't been able to do that. It's so nice. So keep with it and don't let it bother you. That's a him problem now.
We have to use ALL our money paying for the children the ex's shouldn't get so shirty about paying a small portion of their income towards them!

Glad your DS is better. I've had the flu here and thankfully only DS had it mild and it escaped everyone else!

  • @debtfreewannabe321 I very hope he will be motivated by CMS! Blows my mind but I’m not getting in a tiss about it anymore, it is what it is, he’s been the same for years. I am glad to be free of most of the stress from him now! That’s worth a lot in itself!
