Morning all,
As @thechubbyunicorn said, the promise of spring days has been greatly appreciated this week.
My weight is not shifting, so in order to achieve this, I will need to make a big effort. I have a couple of trips planned for March, but will get my head around it.
1) Lose 0.5lb 25 times - 2/25
2) Go on 25 day trips - 6/25 (lovely day out with 2 old work colleagues, and a shopping trip with my mum and sister)
3) Sell 25 items on Vinted - 7/25
4) Try 25 new recipes - 4/25 (admittedly not a very successful attempt at welshcakes)
5) Maintain regular contact with 25 people - on track
6) Complete 25 random acts of kindness - 5/25 (I stopped my neighbour to tell him how lovely the snowdrops in his garden looked)
7) Walk for at least 25 minutes every day - on track
8) Drink at least 1 litre of water a day for 25 days each month - 24/25
9) Walk 25,000 steps in one day each month - 2/12 (four times in February)
10) Charity shop or skip 25 items - 21/25 (after completing a jigsaw, have decided I definitely don’t want to do it again, so off to the charity shop)
11) Reduce monthly grocery bill by £25 - achieved this month
12) Acknowledge 25 things I’m thankful for - 4/25 (although our new garden needs loads of work, it’s fast becoming my happy place, I’m so thankful to have such an interesting place to spend time)
13) Work in the garden 25 times - 6/25
14) Spend 25 minutes every month reviewing our household finances - 2/12
15) Volunteer for 25 hours - 6/25
16) 25 Zumba sessions - 6/25
17) Say “no” 25 times to things that don’t give me joy, are not good for me, or things I don’t want to do - 5/25
18) Reduce petrol bill by £25 per month by consciously using the car less - achieved this month
19) 25 minutes of ‘pamper time’ every week - 6/52
20) Floss at least 25 times each month - 23/25
21) Reduce electricity bill by £25 per month - reduced by £48 🥳
22) Eat 5 portions of fruit & veg a day, 25 times each month - 22/25
23) Switch off tablets at least 25 minutes before sleep every night - achieved so far

The same as number 25 to prepare for unexpected events. We've had unexpecte dnews this week that will change our whole family set up and life in general and nothing could have prepared us for that so, I'm learning to re-adjust and help out in other ways that can't be bought.
I just need to think of what I'll change those last 2 items to.
