Hello
Update for January is below. I've made good progress on decluttering cupboards/drawers - my craft room/office is looking much more organised. The 25 minutes walking, tidying up and meditation are now a habit which is good. More progress next month, hopefully.
It's good to see everyone else's progress, that should spur me along a bit.

No, it’s just a word doc with a grid inserted. Just screen shot added and saved as jpeg in paint, simple. Has to be easy for me! Suppose you could screen shot excel doc too but use the keyboard screen shot button. Sorry if I’m not much help.StickyTheStickInsect said:@suzeesu2000 is your update an excel page? @Smudgeismydog I definitely would count what you're doing as random acts of kindness, I loved hearing about you chatting to the walker ❤️@Rosa_Damascena you comment about the hoola-hoop still has be chuckling 🤣@StickyTheStickInsect - If you're struggling with the reading, why not combine the two, choosing a longer book to read with the children, then it's a win win@thechubbyunicorn - I must have missed the create 25 habits from your list, what a fab idea@suzeesu2000 - Love your spreadsheet, I keep a list but you've inspired me as I love a good visual@PurpleAndGreen - I know what you mean about progress on the decluttering, it makes you feel so much better even if it's just a draw or two done (I need to take my own advice here as I know when I make a start it'll feel so much better and easier!)You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same4

You could also try to cut and paste your spreadsheet, that's what I do with mine. Just highlight the relevant cells, click Control-C, move to MSE and Control-V. That works for me, hopefully it will help.
