No sign of yoga sessions restarting, so I’ve changed this to flossing at least 25 times each month (following my recent visit to the dentist where I was told off 😬).
Finally managed to lose some weight!
I’m also finding the ‘saying no’ to things quite liberating. I am a people pleaser, and often agree to things I don’t really want to do, so this is a biggie for me.

Week 7 update...
I had a couple of days off work this week which helped work towards 14 of my goals
4. Go to Slimming World - 08.02.2025
5. Walk 2025km - 34.93km
6. Buy 25 gift cards for Christmas - Amazon
7. Save £2025 - £9.40
11. 25 outings / experiences with DH - Overnight to Ingliston Country Club
12. 25 things that make me look / feel better about myself - Haircut
14. Try 25 new restaurants / cafes - Wagamama's, Glasgow / Palomino's at Ingliston Country Club
16. Post 2025 photos to Instagram - 5
18. Tick 25 things off my master to do list - Order new driving licence
19. Listen to 25 audiobooks - The Blue Hour by Paula Hawkins
22. Tick 25 things off my bucket list - Find a geocache
23. Try 25 foods I've never had before - beef gyoza / beef brisket ramen
24. Watch 25 documentaries - Blackfish
25. Save 25 of each coin / note (£1 to £20) - 6x£10

gosh week 7 already. This update is up to Friday 7th. I am absolutely loving these challenges, and I like the idea of a weekly update. It also helps me see what I haven't added to in the week.
1) 25 * 25 per month piano: 26/625: Piano is going well 2) 2025 things decluttered: 102/2025: Bit behind with decluttering, but am doing a February declutter challenge with dd2 where 1st declutter 1 item, 2nd 2 etc. Should be on back on target by 22nd if goes to plan 3) Workout programmes: 2/25: Workout programmes took a pause due to falling on black ice and trying to get back too soon 4) 25k steps in one day: 2/25: 5) B&W films: 3/25: 6) Ballet / opera: 2/25: 7) Botanic gardens: 1/25: 8) Celebrations: 3/25: Finally celebrated new year at friend's whose husband had had a fall the night before the original plan. We also celebrated Twinning with Nablus at church 9) Competitions: 2/25: 10) Donations to food bank: 4/25: 6 UHT milk (as Tesco give a donation based on weight) 11) Egg recipes: 5/25: 12) Evensong: 4/25: Thanks to Radio 3, very much on target 13) Just one thing: 2/25: This week I have been eating Green and Blacks 85% 14) Fish: 5/25: 15) Foot soaks: 3/25: 3rd one while watching tv, bliss 16) Children: 3/25: Changed graveyard exploring to this and phoned both daughters 17) Green in the title: 4/25: Double counted Green and Blacks. I also learnt Greensleeves on the piano 18) Lectures: 4/25: 19) Litter picks: 4/25: 20) Makes: 1/25: 21) Malt whiskies: 3/25: Talisker to toast my wee spaniel who made the last trip over the rainbow bridge on Wednesday.
