Woke up to a £7.50 survey on PA. Think I’ve got £24 waiting to be approved from yesterday and this morning now.Had a late night and woke up really early. That’ll catch up with me later. Off to orthodontist today with DD and then a quiet day pottering I think. Need to make some bread.Actually bought three 2025 Christmas gifts yesterday. All very reduced and worth it.Did an energy saving session last night for an hour so be interesting to see how much we saved.Weather forecast is looking interesting for the south west this weekend with a big storm moving in. Feels like it’s one storm after another lately.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Busy end of week and weekend. Did finally get round to cleaning the oven which was a job well done.Weather was pretty bad here over the weekend and still today as well so lots of time spent at home.Managed to get a load on fleabay today and also marketplace. Hoping some goes soon. Also moved some pennies into Premium Bonds for us and the kids.Sorted travel insurance for DH. Combination of age, health conditions and length of trip led to a premium of over £200. Did manage to get £40 cashback on it though. Thankfully had the pennies saved. Stupid me was expecting about £50 for the policy!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

£15 cashed out from ipsos for a survey id long forgotten about so that was a nice surprise. £5 from Vypr and prolific has bumbled along nicely this week. Made the most of £2 bonuses on TCB in both accounts as well buying cat litter and a Tesco gift card.Need to sort an alternative credit card as Sainsbury’s one is transferring to NatWest. Any good ones anyone would recommend? I use this one when I can’t use Amex and it gets cleared in full every month without fail.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

I'm using an M&S card at the moment. The rewards aren't great though, but I may have earned a bra-worth by the end of the year! Tesco are pretty good if I recall correctly and you can use the Clubcard points 🤔?Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I’ve got an M&S card. As SouthCoast says, not amazing rewards but the app is very usable and they are hot on security, which can be a pain but overall I appreciate.KKAs at 15.07.25:

See, now I was going to come back on and say I really don't like the app 🤣! It doesn't show pending transactions, so the balance doesn't update for a couple of days; plus every time you open it, it briefly flashes up your balance from the last time you logged in, then tells you you've been logged out. They have introduced the facility to make payments via the app recently though (rather than directing you to a web page where you could use a debit card), which is about the only positive thing I can say about it 🤣Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
