Hi Keith from Bristol!! Did they have much else there today? This is my local Sainsburys too and i got some great things the other day ,just wondered if it is worth walking down to have a look tomorrow!

Hi Sorry wasnt online yesterday, went in Thursday and the shelves were pretty much empty of bargains, I didnt look at the food stuff just the toys and other bits n bobs. Not sure if they will restock before the end of the offer though.

As a side note they had single Duvets 13.5 tog for £5.99 double duvets 13.5 tog £7.99 and 2 pillows for £3.99 (I think)... worth a look.

Popped in again as I didn't get a good look yesterday but absolutely no wrapping paper or much else worth getting - people must like chocolates as I couldn't see any. I did get a nice box of X'mas cards (which you could add little fluff balls, ribbons onto) for 35p reduced from £3.50. They still had the snowman door hanger at £2.50 and not the 25p I paid at a different store. I know it wasn't reduced any more as I got one yesterday but told cashier I paid 25p for it the day before. She got someone to overide the price.

Popped into a Sainsbury's Local later (one behind Princess St, Edinburgh) and the only thing I could see reduced was a box of 6 mince pies to something like 25p. Nothing christmassy in sight.

    I walked out empty handed.
