Just back from Sainsburys Garthdee, Aberdeen. It wasn't open yesterday so today was the first day of 75% off. Got HEAPS of wrapping paper (75% off and 3 for 2), 75% off lindt reindeers, 1 tin of foxes biscuits (I think the staff must have had all of them as I got the last one and was there at 9.10am!). Got a few other 75% off choccies and fruit pastel tubes.
My biggest bargain though was lovely Christmas Door Wreathes down from £9 to 45p, yes pence! They had 2 designs either angel or reindeer and also another style down from £14 to 70p!
The wrapping paper wasn't marked at 75% off but one of the lovely staff told me it was reduced, so I was the only person stocking up, sure once the 75% off signs are up it will fly out!
Also saw some of the Xmas sets down to 75% off including the Chocolate sets (Donna Hay?), they had piles of them.0 -

Snowman tin - £1.50 instead of £6 - 3 stacking tins (body, head, hat) filled with sweets.
bratz handbag filled with sweets for 99p instead of £3.99
they also had Jacobs crackers tins for 49p for the big ones but we have only just opened the one I bought before xmas so didn't get any
the donna whatever her name is chocolate sets for 75% off
loads of chocs for 75% off
jamie oliver all half price
loads of houseware stuff for half price but I didn't look to see specific prices as don't need anything - oh, got some t-towels though for 3.99 instead of 7.99 for a pack of 5,
Basically well worth a visit.0 -

Non-Food Store still have quite a selection of the gift packs reduced by 75%.

And a 25cl Port with 2 port glasses for £3.00
From the food store we got -

Cointreau Truffles £0.74
Quality Street Tin - Caramel/Toffee/Fudge £1.99

There was loads more at both stores so worth checking out if you're local.
Plus the food store has lots of fresh meat reduced - we got some skinless chicken breast reduced from £4.xx to £1.99.0 -
I went into Sainsburys at Cheadle (nr John Lewis) at lunch. There is nothing really left - some giftwrap and decs - not many. The confectionary gifts and wrap are 75% discounted - all other gifts (very little stock though) seemed to be down by 50%. All in all quite disappointing.0

Are the Xmas Cards also reduced by 75%? In our local there were very few 75% off signs but the wrapping paper did go through as 62p each and 3 for 2. Bargain!:dance:0
