hi, ive received a claim (issue date 10 dec) form for a dropoff at gateway house and filled out the aos yesterday. is there an example of defence used for this. thanks

I'd remove para 20. Not needed.

Then move the whole of para 21 up to above the Facts & Sequence of Events sub-heading.
