So they say. But it wasn't. The date at the top there is the date it was actually issued.
That 'Principal Solicitor at Moorside Legal' who signed off this dross claim looks like a bundle of fun at parties (I looked at his Linked In profile and the sunglasses were enough)!
Anyway please save us and you time and copy any other Moorside Legal defence, where the Chan case will be shown and your facts will go in paragraph 5 as usual for all Gladstones and Moorside cases.
