yes - read the newbies thread.
Have you also appealed to the landowner?2 -
Date of issue from the claim form ?
Date that AOS was completed ?
How much was the PCN ? £100 ? . Or less ?
Check if the issue dates on the POC are correct , lower left
Post a redacted picture of the POC, after hiding the vrm details first
Was it issued by Moorside Legal ?1 -
What's poc0

POC - Particulars of claim - you can see a glossary of acronyms on the newbies thread2

Login to mcol via the government gateway and complete the AOS only thats in there, nothing else1 -

That's nearly four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence. You need to be aware that those Particulars of Claim are totally inadequate.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.
It is alleged that 'The vehicle was parked in breach of the terms on C's signs (the contract)'.
Nowhere in those Particulars is there any explanation of what the driver is alleged to have done wrong.
This will be an easy win.2 -

As for the dates, you are saying that the issue date on the PCN was 03/3/2024 (or was that the actual incident date ? Or was a windscreen PCN issued to the vehicle whilst parked there ? Usually its for turning round, or dropping off, or picking up ? ) I thought it would have been a postal NTK PCN letter1 -
yes sorry my mistake its £100 and was reduced to £601
-
Its a notorious scam site, especially for drivers dropping off, picking up or turning round, with a postal NTK PCN issued for £100, details matter

So is the POC date of issue definitely the PCN issue date ? ( or the incident date ? )1
