#34 with £0 for August please (YTD 1500). 

I saved up an OP, but we have some unknown costs coming up this month (two MOTs, etc.), so rather keep it in hand and add it to the September OP, in case things get more expensive than anticipated.

Hi all! Sorry been quiet - family/life events ey. But, back on track now. Total figures for #55 ( if I remember my number correctly):

I've brought the mortgage repayment term down to 29y 5m from 35y (that was only 2y ago!!) - very chuffed!
