odd one. happened a couple of months back but wanted to wait till Mays Reward was in.
back in March i had an issue that "should" have effected Aprils Reward. used card to make the £500 spend, payment was blocked and got a text message to phone them, message related to "suspicious behavior".
tbh, this was my OH's account and she wasn't phoning them so i wrote this Reward account off.
the rest of March's criteria was met, we tried the card to make other spends just to try and indeed it was locked, so ZERO spend in March. however they paid the £5 reward in April.
so i tried my luck in April and tried the £500 spend again and it went through no problem and May's reward was issued.0 -
Does anyone know how to access the Rewards section on the online banking website?
Recently updated to the newest app version and the tracker (actually the entire reward extras section) has disappeared for me. But my wife who has the same phone as me can still see it on hers

I've the new app on android. Reward extras are still there, but not as straightforward to find as they were before.
Click on the reward account. Once it opens, click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner. A whole page of additional icons will open, with reward tracking under benefits and extras at the bottom.3 -

Thanks that works for both of us and shows the normal tracker correctly.
After logging in I had been scrolling down to Everyday
Then scroll down to My Extras
At the top it says Hi Name, next heading is Featured, Everyday rewards and benefits, Boost your savings
Between those last two headings my wife's app has Reward Extras, but my app doesn't. Also that section on her app is incorrect as it says "keep £1500 in your account" instead of "deposit £1500", and it also says "Rewards about to expire in days 364", which is definitely not the case as I renewed the offer for all of our accounts in April.

Updates seem to be better this month, both of mine currently on 22nd May and correctly say I've qualified for both!0

Updates are coming every couple of days now for me with the app today showing 22nd June. In previous months I made my debit card payments either into Skipton, NS&I or lately into family Building Society and always made them on the first working day of the month. By the end of the month it usually showed me in the tracker that all requirenments are met.
This month I made my deposits into Revolut, as it was suggested by a few here. My statement also shows it as debit card spend. However, the tracker still shows me that I haven't met the spend criteria yet. I am hesitating if I should make another payment into Skipton, NS&I etc. just to be sure or if I should ignore the tracker.

If you got £50 you did well I only got a fiver with a phone call when it happened to myself.
This month one account still isnt showing as tracked yet a 500 debit card payment was made in early june yet the other accounts have tracked.
To answer the question ....just wait out till the reward is payed next month around the 12th then try your luck if you dont get it.
One previous poster on here would total £1000 a year via all his bank card or account complaints so one isnt alot .
