Yeah seems good here, data for the 3 months I selected.  It goes all the way to midnight at start of today with no gaps.

So I guess I will just ignore mywatts, its a shame, but at least I have two sources now.

Looks like N3rgy may be having issues again. I'm getting the following error using the same details as I usually use to log in:
...Unless Loop have stopped using N3rgy services.

I'm seeing just the same, and it's intensely annoying. Loop claim to be doing some work on the back end, initially estimated to take from 31 March to 4 April, with the end date later extended to 11 April (today). As you suspect, this may be related - I see that n3rgy are now reporting only Hugo as 'partners' in their data retrieval scheme.

My supplier seems also to have been going through a rough patch as regards retrieving data, so there may have been more than the usual general turmoil in the smart meter network at the start of the new quarter. I wonder whether progressing to the next phase of MHHS may be fouling things up a bit.
    I'm not being lazy ...
    I'm just in energy-saving mode.

Might be of interest - i had an issue with my smart meter comms that stopped sending 30 minute readings to Octopus (elec) and EDF (gas). Octopus got it fixed (which also fixed the data going to EDF), but only elec readings were going to Loop (and n3rgy).

I dropped Loop a note to see if they could get it fixed. The response

"Thanks for your query. I just wanted to give you a quick heads up that starting March 28th, we began making some important behind the scenes updates to the Loop infrastructure, which supports the Loop app. These updates are aimed at improving the service, but we’re aware they have caused some temporary disruptions for some of our members.

In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and placed your query into our queue for further investigation. I’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information on your issue. Thank you for your patience.

    Kind regards"

I decided to register with Hugo and that enabled me to regain access to n3rgy. Once logged in I can see Loop is no longer listed as an Authorised User, only Hugo. My previous consent was withdrawn on 7th April. So it does appear Loop has severed ties with n3rgy.

I am having the same "Authentication failed" issue with n3rgy this morning.  But Glowmarkt still works, although I find that their data format for the time less convenient.

I guess loop have found a cheaper source for the solar panel sales app.

    Honestly, Loop os absolutely garbage.

Edit seems they have been aquired by https://procode.technology maybe they will do something worthwhile with the app and make it have some value rather than the limited rubbish it currently is.

I was a happy Loop user when they had a physical device (a current clamp) that attached to your meter tails and let you know via WiFi and "the cloud" how much electricity you were using in real time. Even the solar PV promotion into their app wasn't too intrusive back then.
I gave up on them when they stopped supporting their hardware (I guess the server bills were adding up) and instead moved to DCC data. They stopped offering me anything that I couldn't get elsewhere.
