Although their website suggests they have other customers besides Loop, and they're negiotiating with those customers to have their details included on that web page.Swipe said:Loop is the only business listed on their website that qualifies so if you sign up with Loop your access will be reactivated.

It might be the only one listed, but Hugo is also one, and their app is miles better than Loop who seem to exist only to try and sell solar panels.

Same problem with n3rgy here. Been fine before. No intension of signing up with Loop, they require too much personal information that they don't need (eg. Bank details that are not needed) especially now that they've been acquired by some yank organisation.Bendo said:Swipe said:Loop is the only business listed on their website that qualifies so if you sign up with Loop your access will be reactivated.

I'll take a look at Hugo.0 -

I don't know if anyone else has noticed problems downloading data from n3rgy, but as of today I just get an error message in a .txt file instead of the usual .csv0

Contents was, wait for it.{"resource":null,"responseTimestamp":null,"devices":null,"message":"Resource not found."}Sorry masonic, I signed up to loop few days back, which meant the service had to break.

Yes, I had exactly the same issue earlier. Hopefully it's just a short term glitch.masonic said:I don't know if anyone else has noticed problems downloading data from n3rgy, but as of today I just get an error message in a .txt file instead of the usual .csv
I ended up using the Glowmarkt/Bright download option instead to get the data I was after.
I did notice on the page where you request the data download that there was a message about how they had changed the format. I didn't click on the link which explains what changes have been made!1 -
I did see that and had a look, but there was nothing of relevance in the changes (mainly around identifying rows by MPAN to account for multiple meters, IIRC). I wasn't even sure it was recent as I thought the previous data I had downloaded matched their description.lohr500 said:I did notice on the page where you request the data download that there was a message about how they had changed the format. Not getting any data atm, blank files, and now "something went wrong". Maybe they are doing maintenance? Never had that problem before, will try again later. (Getting Hugo data ok).0
