I've been downloading my data monthly from N3rgy but it suddenly stopped. After submitting a ticket they have replied with the response below - Any idea how we now get access to our usage data?
Hi Simon,
Thanks for your message.
This is related to a change made on the 3rd Dec 2024, to ensure we are in compliance with the General Data Protection Law and the Smart Energy Code (SEC).
From this point on, it will only be consumers with an Active Consent/ Registration with one of our business customers, that will be able to continue accessing the Consumer Portal to export data from your meter.
Apologies we could not let you know about this change, this is because we choose not to hold any personal information such as email addresses.
Please review this FAQ, which contains the latest information about the customers that you can register with to continue using our service: Organisations using n3rgy services

Sounds like you just need to register with someone like Loop or Hugo to be able to keep accessing it.

Hi Simon, according to the link you need to contact one of the business partners and give them consent to access your data. Once you have done that the business partner will inform N3rgy and you should be able to get access again. The only business partner they list is Loop, so that seems like a good place to start. I suggest that you download and install Loop on your smartphone and once that is fully set up and you can access your data that way, if I understand it you should then also be able to get the data directly. Hope this helps, Mile

I'm still able to access my data via the website and am registered with both hugo and loop. Both show as authorised users once logged in.

They initially closed themselves to new customers and left old working was the jist of the site message when looked.
Perhaps they are now working through existing - but in your case saw the "loop" permission already present.

Hildebrand/bright emailed me today telling me I'd need to update my consent.0

I have accounts with both Hildebrand and Loop. n3rgy is behaving as normal, apart from a few hiccups when getting to the download page including a CAPTCHA that wasn't there before.I'm not being lazy ...
I'm just in energy-saving mode.0 -
Loop is the only business listed on their website that qualifies so if you sign up with Loop your access will be reactivated.0
