Trading212 1.5% cashback on spending

It's all a mystery to me. "Keep your cashback investing enabled to maintain the 1.5% rate". So I'll leave the "Invest cashback" on (in the "card" tab, 4th along the bottom in the app)

Is this cashback rate available to current customers? If so, how do you opt in?0

Not worth the effort for me then imo.
The little money I do make would probably get swallowed up by fees, thereby no true 1.5% return.
Placed on the CBA pile.0 -

What fees? I have the card already and don't get charged feeswiseonesomeofthetime said:Not worth the effort for me then imo.

Realistically it probably only appeals to those who've already got the Trading212 debit card (available via their non-ISA "Invest" account). Who's been offered the promotion I wouldn't know. I would assume that they've seen a drop-off in their card usage since the previous offer ended at the start of the year and are trying to get some of us back into the habit of using it.
The "Invest cashback" aspect is a little odd but I suppose they're trying to encourage the use of that feature.0 -
No, not all current customers. You can only opt in if you receive the offer. How they have chosen who gets the offer I have no idea!jbrassy said:Is this cashback rate available to current customers? If so, how do you opt in?0 -
Are you telling me that you can invest with Trading212 for free?wmb194 said:

Switched on.
Earned £2.47 cashback in April, so not life-changing sums anyway
